How payment works, and our policy on changes and refunds. Questions? Just ask — we’re real people, and we’ll always talk it through.
The Digital Invitation is paid in full at checkout. The Signature and Couture reserve your date for a $500 reserve (applied to your total); the remaining balance is then split evenly — half before we begin your design, half before your website launches. The Atelier is arranged by application. Everything is invoiced securely through Square.
Your reserve holds one of a limited number of places on our calendar. Changed your mind? Cancel within 7 days of reserving — and before we’ve begun your design — and your $500 reserve is refunded in full, no questions asked. After those 7 days, or once design has begun, the reserve is non-refundable, as it holds a spot we’ve turned other couples away to keep.
Because every website is designed from a blank page specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once your design is underway. Before design begins, only your reserve applies — refundable within the first 7 days, as above — and nothing further is owed. Once design has started, work completed is billed as scheduled.
Wedding dates move — we understand. If yours changes, your reserve and payments carry over to your new date at no penalty, subject to availability. Each collection includes a set number of refinement rounds; additional rounds are $150 each.
